Walker & Dunlop to buy JCR Capital
Bethesda, Maryland-based Walker & Dunlop, a commercial real estate services and finance company, has agreed to acquire Denver-based JCR Capital, a provider of capital solutions to commercial real estate sponsors in the U.S. No financial terms were disclosed.
